I authorize WanderLuxe Travel to make payments on my behalf for my vacation/corporate/wedding package, as well as any fees agreed upon. If I cancel my vacation/wedding I understand I am subject to all applicable fees from the airline, tour operator, resort, and any additional services, as well as a $150 cancellation fee payable to WanderLuxe Travel. The $150 fee is separate and will not be covered by insurance. I acknowledge I was offered travel insurance to protect my vacation investment, and if I declined insurance I have no travel protection.

Bookings with WanderLuxe Travel are available to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Once a booking request is made, we will confirm availability and pricing. A deposit may be required to secure reservations. By making a deposit or payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

I acknowledge all information on my reservation is correct. Including, but not limited to, names of each traveler matching passport or ID, dates, room category, flight schedule, etc. Any changes after deposit is paid can result in fees which will be my responsibility. All payments must be made according to the specified payment schedule.

I knowledge I was provided information about the COVID entry guidelines for my vacation. I understand that it is my responsibility to complete all entry forms, obtain negative COVID tests, or provide proof of vaccination if required. WanderLuxe Travel is not responsible for failure to complete entry requirements. I understand that failure to complete entry requirements may result in denial of entry into my destination. If I test positive for COVID in destination, I understand it is my responsibility to notify WanderLuxe Travel via phone call to coordinate my travel home. I assume any responsibility for any out-of-pocket expenses not covered by travel insurance if purchased. 

I accept the following fee schedule for my travel.

Vacation/Cruise/ Wedding Fee Schedule:

Planning Fee, per person (non-refundable): $50

Group Planning Fee, per person: $100

Cruise Planning Fee, per family: $75

Planning Fee for any trips requested within 30 days of travel, per person (non-refundable): $50

Late Fee will be assessed for any final payments made after 5 pm on due date: $50

Change Fee will be assessed for any changes requested after deposit date: $100

Cancellation Fee will be assessed for any bookings cancelled after deposit: $150

Retainer for destination wedding planning (non-refundable): $275

Corporate Fee Schedule

Corporate Planning Fee, per person (Includes: Hotel, Flight and/or Rental): $75

Hotel Fee: $35

Domestic Flights Fee: $35

International Flights Fee: $45

Rental Car Fee: $35

Cancellation Fee: $100

All payments must be made according to the specified payment schedule. Final payments are due 60 days before departure. WanderLuxe Travelreserves the right to cancel bookings for unpaid balances. Requests for changes to the itinerary must be made in writing. Additional charges may apply for modifications to confirmed bookings. 

 While we strive to provide accurate pricing, WanderLuxe Travel reserves the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you, and you will have the option to proceed or cancel with a full refund unless stipulated by airline cancellation policies. Certain bookings require non-refundable deposits. Clients will be informed in advance of any such policies.

Cancellations by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be provided based on the following schedule:

60+ days before departure: 80% refund

30-59 days before departure: 50% refund

Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by WanderLuxe Travel

WanderLuxe Travel reserves the right to cancel a trip if minimum participant requirements are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable flight fee.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that the use of planning services from the agency, WanderLuxe Travel, going on a trip, and participation in activities is at my own risk. Travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism and warfare. Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, all traveler's should refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov) as well as (cdc.gov). 

Responsibilities and Liabilities 

Please be aware that WanderLuxe Travel acts as an intermediary for clients and third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). While we make every effort to work with reputable providers, WanderLuxe Travel is not responsible for third-party actions or any events beyond our control. As such, WanderLuxe Travel, shall not be responsible for or in the event that said services as supplied that their parties are cancelled, amended or do not meet with your expectations. 

WanderLuxe Travel is not responsible for airline schedule changes and flight cancellations made by the airlines.

 In the event that that a schedule change, flight cancellation or flight delay impacts your vacation, we are limited to the recourse and options provided by the airlines. Traveler assumes all risk associated with a flight schedule if they fail to accept a schedule change provided by an airline. Traveler assumes all risk WanderLuxe Travel shall do our best to assist you in the event that third-party supplier fails to live up to your expectations, but your immediate contact is warranted for promptly supplying the help needed. 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected events, such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost belongings. WanderLuxe Travel is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.

 We reserve the right for mediation in the event of a client chargeback. The cancellation fees cease to exist in the event of a chargeback. Thus, WanderLuxe Travel, will be prompted to pursue litigation and incur attorney's fees and costs which will be included in addition to all cancellation fees.
